Nine custom agents built for career services, tracked by actual adoption rather than launch count: three in regular use by career mentors, two embedded in The Job Search Workshop and CAR 201 and therefore reaching the student body, three built for narrower needs that see occasional use, and one, the Internship Expert, since upgraded from an internal agent to a standalone application now in internal prototype testing, demoable below under Live Applications. Several were built on a Microsoft Copilot Studio license the college already held and was not using. Live demos link to running applications; the remaining production Ensign agents are internal and described here rather than linked.

Local Inference Infrastructure
Proof-of-concept environment — Qwen3.6-35B-A3B served through LM Studio, LiteLLM as an OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible translation layer, and Tailscale for secure access — evaluating whether sensitive AI workloads can run on institutionally controlled infrastructure at no incremental licensing cost.
Every live demo above except the Academic Advisor runs on this infrastructure. The Internship Expert, Resume Coach, Resume Improver, and Interview Practice all perform inference locally on hardware the department already owns, with no per-seat licensing, no student data leaving controlled infrastructure, and no third-party model provider in the path. The Academic Advisor is cloud-primary with automatic local fallback, included as the deliberate contrast case.
